Returns Policy

New Accounts

Customers can receive a refund on services up to 14 days after numbers are provisioned. Provisioning fees and used minutes are not refunded. In order to receive the refund, please call (866) 789-VOICE. Since we must wait for other carriers to report usage to us, refunds may take as long as 14 days.

Accounts older than 14 days

After 14 days, monthly recurring fees and unused minutes will not be refunded.

Recurring Fees

Toll Free numbers and Virtual Office services are automatically charged to your card every month on the same day of the month that they were provisioned. To ensure that your service is not interrupted, please keep your credit card information up to date in your account. If we are unable to charge your card, you will receive an email asking to update your information. After 7 days, you will not be able to receive inbound calls. After 14 days, your account will be cancelled and your number will be released. We will not be able to get the number back for you and your unused minutes will not be refunded.

Auto Refill Accounts

In order to keep our prices low, all usage for toll-free and virtual office service is prepaid. Customers can add as little as $20 at a time. Accounts are set to auto-refill when opened. When your account reaches $10, we will automatically attempt to refill your account with $20. If we are unsuccessful, we will contact you via email. If your balance reaches $0, customers will be unable to contact you. You can change your refill preferences by logging into your account.

Manually Refilled Minutes

You can manually add minutes to your account through your account preferences. If you accidentally add too many minutes, let us know right away. We generally do not give refunds more than 48 hours after a manual purchase.
